• Already started their periods

• Includes everything in the Pre-teen workshop but geared towards older kids + more period support and cycle mapping method introduction

  • Cycle mapping method includes basic cycle tracking using cervical fluid checks, BBT, and other symptoms, emotions, etc.

• $130 per student (10% off when signed up with a friend)

• 2 sessions of learning together + 1 group chart review session
